Tell us who you are, how you think, and what you're good at. We'll match you to a role where you'll actually thrive.
If you can read and understand this page in English without using a translator, you already meet our language requirement. We're not looking for perfect English. We're looking for people who can read, understand instructions, and communicate clearly. If you're reading this right now and following along, your English is good enough.
These are real minimums, not "minimums" that secretly require 3 years of experience. If you meet the requirements above, we will train you on everything else. We invest in people who show potential, not people who already know everything.
Not a resume. We want to know how you think, what you notice, what kind of work gives you energy, and what drains you. There are no wrong answers. Honesty helps us place you better.
A short skills discovery process. Not a test you pass or fail. We're looking for your natural patterns: attention to detail, pattern recognition, communication style, problem-solving approach. Everyone has strengths. We find yours.
Based on what we learn, we place you where you'll do your best work. Not where we have a gap to fill. If we don't have a fit right now, we'll tell you that honestly and keep you in mind when something opens.
Every role has a clear path forward with pay increases at each level. You'll always know where you stand, what's next, and what it takes to get there. No guessing. No mystery promotions.
Every step is documented, every requirement is clear, and every person has a real path forward. Each level comes with a structured increase in pay that reflects your growing skills and responsibilities.
Learning basics, building rhythm with your team, asking lots of questions. This is where everyone starts. Your only job is to learn and ask questions. Your first payment is guaranteed from Day 1 regardless of performance.
Handling tasks independently with quality checks. You're reliable and consistent. Your team lead trusts you with real work and you're delivering it well.
High-quality independent work. You can teach basics to trainees. You're contributing ideas for improvement and helping newer team members get up to speed.
Demonstrated leadership. You've learned the basics of every role on your team. You're ready to start leading and mentoring others through a structured trial period.
Full operational responsibility for your team. You manage tasks AND take care of your people. You check in on how they're actually doing, not just their work but their energy, stress, and mood. A leader who doesn't care about their people isn't a real leader here.
Pay increases at every level. These are not annual reviews. When you're ready for the next level, you move up. Your timeline depends on your growth, not a calendar.
We built this company around a few non-negotiable principles. If these resonate with you, you'll do well here.
The person who asks the most questions is the strongest team member. Never be afraid to say "I don't understand." That's how everyone gets better. Sitting quietly when you're confused helps nobody.
We care more about you becoming skilled than squeezing maximum work out of today. Your development is an investment, not an expense. We'd rather you do it right and learn than do it fast and stay stuck.
Fake harmony helps nobody. If something is wrong, say it. If you disagree, speak up. We'd rather hear the truth than protect feelings at the cost of quality. You will never be punished for being honest.
Calm routines. Clear boundaries. Predictable expectations. You should always know what's expected of you, and you should never be surprised by how you're evaluated. No sudden changes. No hidden rules.
This is meticulously enforced. We will never use threats, guilt, shame, or fear of replacement to push output. If you're struggling, we help. That's what teams are for.
If any manager or team lead uses fear-based motivation, there are severe consequences for that manager, not for you. This isn't a suggestion. It is a rule with teeth.
If you experience this, you can report it anonymously. Every team has a peer advocate: a team member who can raise concerns to leadership on your behalf without revealing your name. This is a safety valve for honest communication. You will always have a way to be heard without fear.
Transparent compensation. Your first session's payment is yours regardless of how it goes. You'll always know exactly what you earn and why. No hidden deductions, no surprises, no waiting months for your first paycheck.
Before any workload increase, we check in with you first. Your energy, stress, and mental state are part of the equation. Burnout prevention is non-negotiable. We ask before we add. Always.
You work in a small, tight-knit team of 5 to 9 people. Not a department. A crew. Your team lead knows your name, checks on how you're doing, and has your back. You look out for each other.
Trainee to Junior Operator to Senior Operator to Team Lead. Each level is documented, achievable, and comes with a structured pay increase. You move up when you're ready, not when a calendar says so.
You are more than just a worker. Family, relationships, health, personal responsibilities. These matter. We respect your time and your life. Work stays at work. We build stability, not drama.
No experience in AI or verification? That's fine. We have a full training program that covers everything from AI failure modes to verification methodology. You learn on the job with support, not thrown in alone.
Every training session is compensated. And training isn't just about making you faster at your job. We invest in your growth as an individual, building skills that serve you beyond this role.
We know starting a new position can feel uncertain. Early on, you're paid per hour at the end of each working day. Once trust is established on both sides, you move to a standard bi-weekly pay schedule.
This isn't a job application. It's a conversation starter. We'll take it from here.
